As far as I know, he's received amnesty due to poor number of AA gamers these days.

Even if those were serious bans, we would not automatically ban him. This is the approach of the new auth system (assist) people, and we're not gonna be more restrictive.

And on the other hand: if someone plays suspicious enough that our experienced admins (I'm not one of them :-D) decide he's dirty, he will be banned without need of any additional proof.
