Open AA
Console:
Writte "Open LeavenWorth" then enter

Go again console:

Writte " Ghost " then enter

Now check all cells and post here in forum what you find out.

To go to this map you can just enter chicken and kill all nurses, I'm sure you going kicked right to this map, xD
