Pal up with people who play on Chicken's Farm every day and who knows.... maybe one day you will become a member of Chicken's Farm Corporation. However, you need to bear in mind that admin rights do not come in an instant. One needs to prove oneself trustworthy and it takes a lot of time.
Anyway, for now simply enjoy the gaming experience and do not concern yourself with applying for an admin job.
