once again: Your son has 100% overlap which makes him no to be allowed to play TWL (he can play any other league, server etc.) but You cannot get this to Your mind that he's been commited a cheater not by minority but by the most of the players. I doubt that TWL league has one-man-admin-army who states the law and bans as he wish.
