"Fully Mission Capable"
The service is running at expected operation level.

"Mission Capable"
The service is under maintenance and/or repair. Users should expect periodic downtimes.

"Not Mission Capable"
The service is unavailable. This means the service is experiencing problems or has been taken offline
for maintenance and repair.
